Responsibilities
Architect & Develop: Design and build scalable applications, including prototypes and POCs.Lead Technical Execution: Drive requirements gathering, technical design, project planning, implementation, and testing.Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, provide architectural guidance, and lead small teams to solve complex problems.Documentation & Communication: Produce clear technical documentation and communicate design choices effectively across teams.Quality & Support: Identify and address defects throughout development, release, and post-production phases.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize risk and compliance capabilities
Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, influence technology direction, and drive strategic decisions.
Ownership & Delivery: Take end-to-end ownership of ambiguous customer problems and deliver robust, elegant solutions. Drive the development of AI-enhanced applications, leveraging GenAI concepts and frameworks to deliver transformative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of professional experience in designing and developing large scale software solutions
Advanced proficiency in cloud solutions, particularly AWS, and strong familiarity with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Passion for growing and applying technical skills to serve our customers
Highly motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
