Description

Overview

Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is transforming how mid-market and growing enterprise businesses manage their finances, projects, and operations — all in one connected platform. As we expand IES across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare, we’re seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to define our upmarket strategy for project based verticals to drive growth through our services portfolio - payments, bill pay, capital and workforce.

This is a highly strategic, full-stack PMM role — combining market insight, product influence, packaging strategy, and storytelling leadership. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Industry GMs to define how IES competes, differentiates, and wins  — shaping the next chapter of Intuit’s mid-market expansion.

Responsibilities

Partner with Vertical Lead to Define our Upmarket Services Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead the product marketing strategy for Construction industry expansion through services (payments, bill pay, capital, workforce) — from market sizing and segmentation to positioning, pricing, and launch planning.

  • Identify high-growth audiences with the strongest product-market fit, leveraging market, customer, and usage insights.

  • Develop frameworks that guide how Intuit builds, packages, and monetizes vertical workflows across QuickBooks Advanced and IES and our services portfolio

  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Product to model TAM, revenue potential, and attach opportunities across SKUs.

Shape Product and Packaging Decisions

  • Influence the product roadmap by connecting customer needs to monetization and adoption opportunities within each industry.

  • Define vertical editions, feature tiering, and pricing strategies that align with customer value and competitive dynamics.

  • Collaborate with Product to ensure new capabilities are positioned for maximum adoption, revenue, and retention.

  • Partner with PMMs across core departments to ensure a consistent and differentiated “vertical ERP” story.

Lead Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

  • Own the narrative for how IES delivers end-to-end industry workflows — ensuring clarity and resonance from the website to sales decks.

  • Build the GTM blueprint for vertical launches, including naming, messaging, content strategy, enablement, and demand activation.

  • Partner with Channel and Sales Enablement to equip sales teams with vertical-specific playbooks, proof points, and competitive positioning.

  • Lead cross-functional readiness reviews to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams for each launch.

Act as a Strategic Thought Partner

  • Serve as the senior voice of the market — regularly briefing leadership on trends, competitive movements, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Advise cross-functional leaders on how to prioritize investments that accelerate vertical adoption and market share.

  • Represent Intuit at industry events, customer councils, and analyst briefings as a credible thought leader for mid-market ERP innovation.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership

  • Direct experience building product or GTM for payments, bill pay or accounting software

  • Deep understanding of how to translate customer insight into product and packaging decisions.

  • Track record of driving multi-vertical go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable growth.

  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills — able to inspire action across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical rigor with comfort in modeling market opportunities, pricing, and financial impact.

  • Experience leading without authority — influencing roadmaps, org priorities, and cross-functional outcomes.
