Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is transforming how mid-market businesses manage their finances, projects, and operations in one connected platform. As we expand our Construction business, accountants, CAS practices, and selling partners represent a critical opportunity — both as trusted advisors to Construction customers and as a scalable channel for our solutions.
We’re seeking a Staff / Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and build our accountant and partner strategy for Construction. This leader will deeply understand CAS practices, identify the firms and partner segments we should target, define compelling value propositions and business models, and build the GTM motions that enable accountants to confidently recommend, sell, and support Intuit’s Construction solutions.
This is a strategic, full-stack PMM role spanning customer insight, segmentation, positioning, partner strategy, content, and go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
Own the PMM strategy for accountants, CAS practices, and selling partners as both customers and a route to market for Construction.
Develop deep expertise in how CAS firms serve Construction clients — their business models, services, economics, technology needs, concerns, and buying and recommendation behaviors.
Define priority segments and ICPs, identifying which firms and partners have the greatest potential to drive Construction growth.
Size and prioritize opportunities across referral, recommendation, resale, implementation, and advisory motions.
Identify barriers to adoption and define the product, commercial, and GTM strategies needed to overcome them.
Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for accountants and partners serving Construction customers.
Develop scalable pitch models and sales plays that help partners identify the right clients, diagnose needs, and confidently position Intuit’s Construction solutions.
Define the “why Intuit” business case for CAS firms, including how our solutions can help them grow their practices and deliver greater value to Construction clients.
Partner with Sales, Channel, Product, and Finance to shape partner models, incentives, packaging, and economics.
Build the GTM blueprint for reaching, educating, activating, and scaling priority accountant and partner audiences.
Develop the content and tools partners need to succeed, including pitch decks, discovery tools, qualification guides, ROI models, competitive positioning, proof points, and client-facing content.
Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Enablement to test and scale accountant-led Construction motions.
Establish success metrics across partner activation, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and partner-driven growth.
Bring accountant and CAS insights into Product and GTM decisions, influencing the capabilities and experiences required to make Intuit easier to recommend, sell, and support.
Advise leadership on market dynamics, competitive movements, partner needs, and opportunities to accelerate Construction growth.
Build frameworks and learnings that can ultimately inform accountant and partner strategies across additional industries.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, partner/ecosystem strategy, or GTM leadership.
Strong understanding of the accounting ecosystem, ideally including CAS, accounting technology, or accountant-led advisory and selling models.
Experience developing segmentation, positioning, value propositions, pitch models, and scalable partner or sales motions.
Track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into clear strategies and repeatable growth motions.
Strong customer curiosity, analytical rigor, and ability to understand partner economics and motivations.
Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
Experience with Construction technology, vertical SaaS, ERP, or mid-market financial solutions is a plus.
