Junior Middleware/Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot middleware and integration platforms.
• Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Support production environments while ensuring system availability and performance.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document operational procedures, support activities, and system changes.
• Participate in on-call support and production maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems is required.
• Knowledge of Shell or Bash scripting is required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in an Operations Support/Service Management environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM Cast Iron, and IBM DataPower.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in Business Analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft is a strong plus.
