About the Growth Team at Pigment

GTM Engineering builds AI-first products and systems that help Pigment's GTM organization - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps - operate with greater speed, focus, and leverage.

Our mandate is twofold:

  • enable GTM teams with automations and AI-powered applications that drive real efficiency gains

  • directly generate pipeline through AI-powered, automated outbound motions across our North America market.

We build the internal tools and agents behind high-impact GTM workflows, including prospecting intelligence, expansion insights, outbound automation... Our work combines product craft, applied AI, hands-on GTM operating experience, and a tight feedback loop with the field.

The Role

Based in New-York, US

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build and scale AI-first GTM systems, and to directly contribute to pipeline generation across our US market.

This is a hybrid role by design:

  • 70% applied AI (internal GTM products, workflows)

  • 30% pipeline ownership & outbound experimentation

You’ll operate at the intersection of builder, operator, and PM - turning manual GTM best practices into scalable, repeatable systems, and owning pipeline generation through those systems.

Your Missions

#1 - Build & Scale AI-First GTM Automation (70%)

  1. Design & ship AI-powered GTM systems: Turn proven GTM workflows into scalable automation building internal tools and AI agents (e.g. expansion insights, deal intelligence, AE > CS handoffs, and GTM copilots).

  2. Own GTM automation as a product, from discovery to adoption, while continuously measuring, optimizing, and scaling its impact on GTM efficiency, automation ROI, and pipeline influence to unlock step-change productivity.

#2 - Drive Pipeline Generation in North America (30%)

  1. Own automated outbound motions for the North American market: Build, run, and optimize outbound programs (trigger-based, micro-campaigns, pre-event motions).

  2. Run experiments and scale what works with the field: Partner closely with Sales Managers and Sales Reps to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies; incorporate field feedback, double down on winning plays, and turn them into repeatable GTM programs rolled out across the NA team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, Automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Deep understanding of Sales & Outbound tactics.

  • Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools (n8n, Clay, Salesforce, etc).

  • Practical experience using LLMs and AI workflows (prompting, agents, human-in-the-loop systems).

  • A builder mindset: you like shipping, iterating, and improving systems end-to-end.

  • Strong communication skills - you can bridge technical and non-technical teams and bring clarity to complex problems.
