Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Tech Reporting Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders, integration leadership, data management teams, and project managers to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting in support of deployment, integration, escalation, and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Governance – Collect, validate, reconcile, and maintain qualitative and quantitative data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to established data definitions and reporting standards.
- Reporting & Executive Communications – Develop, review, and distribute recurring, ad hoc, and executive-level reports, dashboards, weekly status summaries, and talking points for internal leadership and government clients.
- Reporting Systems & Dashboard Management – Develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain standardized reporting solutions, dashboards, project-tracking components, and SharePoint assets across a large program portfolio.
- Program, Release & Milestone Tracking – Coordinate reporting updates with project teams and systems of record to support deployment milestones, localization activities, release schedules, cutover events, and program-calendar reporting.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Issue Resolution – Partner with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to obtain timely status updates, identify and resolve data gaps or discrepancies, and support internal and external meetings.
- Documentation & Process Improvement – Document data mappings, source-system relationships, business rules, calculations, reporting procedures, and identified gaps while supporting automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills
- Power BI report development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations
- SharePoint list management, site administration, and data connectivity
- Experience with Jira or comparable enterprise project-tracking platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- SQL or an equivalent query language
- Experience combining and validating data from multiple systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-quality skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an evolving environment

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- Bachelor’s plus a minimum of 5 years of reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis experience.
- Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
