About the Team
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is experiencing unprecedented growth as we continue expanding our Data Center footprint across North America to support Oracle Cloud customers and strategic infrastructure initiatives. To meet the increasing hiring demand, we are launching the Data Center Sourcing Engine (DCSE)—a dedicated sourcing organization designed to build and maintain an always-on pipeline of highly qualified Data Center talent.
The DCSE will serve as the front end of Oracle's recruiting process, proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent before positions are opened. By building strong, ready-to-hire talent pipelines, the team will enable faster hiring in support of the significant volume and urgency associated with Oracle's Data Center expansion efforts.
We are building a team of Talent Sourcers across multiple career levels. The level will be determined based on a candidate's experience, demonstrated sourcing expertise, and ability to influence hiring outcomes. Regardless of level, every Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in helping Oracle attract exceptional Data Center talent and accelerate hiring for one of the industry's largest cloud infrastructure growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a member of the Data Center Sourcing Engine (DCSE), you will own the front end of the recruiting funnel, partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, engage, and qualify top talent for Oracle's rapidly growing Data Center organization.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications
Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting technical or high-volume hiring.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and quickly become productive with minimal direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence candidates and hiring partners.
Experience sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS/CRM platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines, conduct candidate pre-screens, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing talent for Data Center, Critical Facilities, Cloud Infrastructure, Mission Critical Operations, Construction, Engineering, or related technical industries.
Working knowledge of Data Center operations and the talent landscape for roles such as Data Center Technicians, Critical Facilities Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Construction, Network Infrastructure, and Operations professionals.
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure expansion or high-growth recruiting initiatives.
Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent market mapping, competitive intelligence, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring managers across geographically dispersed teams.
Demonstrated success building long-term talent communities for hard-to-fill technical positions.
Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market data to influence sourcing strategy and hiring outcomes.
