What you'll do

As aSenior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of ourdeveloper platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving its evolution toward ahighly automated, AI-augmented engineering environment. You will act as a technical leader, shaping architecture, best practices, and the adoption of modern technologies.

Your key accountabilities are:

• Own the design, evolution, and reliability of ourCI/CD and developer platform architecture
• Evaluate and introduce newCI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction and standards
• Lead the implementation ofAI-powered developer productivity solutions, including:
• InternalAI agentsfor CI/CD pipelines, incident resolution, and operational automation
• Intelligent assistants to improve developer workflows and reduce cognitive load
• Define and implement patterns for integrating AI usingModel Context Protocol (MCP)or similar frameworks, ensuringsecure and scalable interactionsbetween LLMs and internal systems
• Drive the development of aself-service internal developer platform, enabling teams to deploy, test, and operate services independently
• Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution ofcomplex system and infrastructure issues, acting as an escalation point
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, and product teams to improvedeveloper experience, system reliability, and delivery speed
• Define and enforceobservability, reliability, and cost optimization strategies
• Ensuresecure adoption of AI technologies, including governance, compliance, and data protection
• Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience inDevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systems
• Strong expertise inCI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP
• Deep experience withInfrastructure as Code (Terraform)and container orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE, Docker, Helm)
• Proven experience designing and operatingscalable, reliable distributed systems
• Strong experience withobservability stacks(Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic) and performance tuning
• Solid understanding ofsecurity best practices(IAM, secrets management, encryption, zero-trust principles)
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)

AI & Platform Leadership

• Hands-on experience or strong ownership inintegrating AI/LLMs into engineering workflows
• Experience designing or implementingagent-based systemsor advanced automation solutions
• Understanding ofModel Context Protocol (MCP)or similar tool integration patterns
• Experience building or evolvinginternal developer platforms (IDPs)and improving developer experience at scale
• Ability toevaluate, adopt, and operationalize emerging technologies, balancing innovation with stability
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their potential applications in a business environment.

Leadership & Mindset

• Proven ability tolead technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production
• Strong mentoring skills and experience guiding other engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills in complex, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership, proactive mindset, and passion for continuous improvement

• GCP certifications
• Experience withITIL or service management practices
• Familiarity withpolicy-as-code, governance frameworks, or compliance in AI systems
• Experience inDevEx or platform engineering organizations at scale
