About the team

Stripe’s Alliances and Channels (A&C) team supports platform partners that embed Stripe technology in their solutions. As a Channel Sales Executive (CSE), you will help build demand and create growth opportunities across Stripe’s partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

You will drive business growth across a portfolio of software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms. You will identify high-value opportunities, develop demand with platform partners, and build new business within the partner ecosystem.

Working closely with Partner Development Managers and Stripe Account Executives, you will drive growth in new users and revenue across your portfolio. You will help Stripe and its partners establish joint value propositions, identify shared account opportunities, and move opportunities through the deal cycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives with a designated portfolio of SaaS platforms
• Collaborate with platform counterparts to generate net-new demand for partnerships
• Enable Stripe and partner sales teams on the joint value proposition, and lead account-mapping workshops
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Stripe revenue with strategic platforms
• Support the full deal cycle with partners, from sourcing pipeline and advancing opportunities through closing
• Advocate for partners within Stripe, and represent Stripe within partner organizations
• Maintain accurate sales and partner activity records in Salesforce

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of technology sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in payments, commerce, and/or the quote-to-cash (Q2C) landscape
• Experience working in and leading cross-functional, multi-party sales pursuits
• Ability to build and execute territory and opportunity-specific plans, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and Crossbeam
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with functional leaders internally and externally
