You will manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments. The role focuses on device administration, software and operating system deployment, patch management, compliance and technical documentation.

Main responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM activities.
• Deploy and monitor software updates and patch management processes.
• Support operating system, application and package deployment.
• Implement unattended device installation and configuration processes using SCCM, MDT, task sequences, BitLocker and MBAM.
• Administer devices, users, groups, policies, security, compliance, reporting and enrolment in Microsoft Intune.
• Create, monitor and manage deployment rings.
• Perform reporting and troubleshooting activities.
• Update and document tickets handled.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Spoken and written English.
• A driving licence valid in Portugal.
• Availability to travel.

• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Location: Picoas, Lisboa (on-Site)
