Job Overview:

The Intuit Business Operations team is a high-performing team focused on enterprise-level planning, running the company operating system, evolving KPI frameworks, delivering data and insights through dashboards, and driving transformation projects. The team’s vision is to make Intuit a world-class execution machine through a more activist role, end-to-end planning, and metric-driven rigor in service to accelerated growth and realization of strategy.

We are looking for strong strategic problem-solvers who possess the ability to analyze and connect the dots between multitudes of data, influence how we operate the business through strong partnership, and act with a bias for action to ultimately drive tangible business impact. As a Business Operations Staff, you will work alongside executive leaders to provide thought leadership and drive transformation projects and initiatives. You will also have an opportunity to work across the broader communities (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to help innovate and drive change in how we operate.


Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities to drive operational excellence

Analyze company-level performance and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations

Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems

Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization

Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices

Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across the company


Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across a technology company or large organization, SaaS or fintech preferred

Strategy and operations experience at a high-growth startup, management consulting experience, or strategic/analytical roles at large companies

Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases

Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense with the ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that drive tangible business outcomes

Ownership mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver the outcome

Experienced change management leader who is able to influence and build trust across a highly cross-functional organization (peers, working teams, and executives) to accelerate outcomes

Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities; feel very comfortable leading and facilitating workshops business reviews with executives and teams

Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new business domains

Strong academic record required. MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution required.

Preferred: Proven experience building AI solutions or automating workflows

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $166,500 - $225,500
