The AI Adoption Manager (Mazlan) role is an internal opportunity within Customer Success, focused on helping customers successfully adopt and gain value from Ideagen's AI capability, Mazlan, during their free trial period. The role's primary objective is to guide trial customers through onboarding, product adoption, and value realization, ultimately driving conversion from trial to paid customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of free-trial customers from activation through conversion
• Deliver onboarding sessions, check-ins, demos, and workflow walkthroughs
• Help customers understand practical AI use cases within areas such as EHS, Quality, and Compliance
• Monitor trial health and identify at-risk accounts.
• Share customer insights with Product and Commercial teams
• Partner with Sales on customer handover and commercial discussion
