Account and billing management and reconciliation
Applications & Disconnection of Telco Lines for HO, CSC sites, and stores
Coordination with accounting, vendors of all Billing concerns
Application, renewal and/or upgrade, termination/disconnection, and change of ownership of mobile lines under Corporate Account
Aging report monitoring
Troubleshoot end user mobile problems such as hardware and software configurations, applications, and the likes
Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention to telecommunication providers
Evaluation of company issued mobile hardware and software
Monitors trouble ticket
Prepares summary of activity reports
Coordinates employee clearance related to assigned telco/mobile accounts
