Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process workshops and solution discussions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solution designs
Perform fit-to-standard analysis and recommend process improvements based on SAP best practices
Own functional solution design within the assigned module/process area
Review functional specifications, configuration decisions, and ensure solution alignment with business requirements
Lead and oversee solution configuration activities, testing execution, and defect resolution
Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare stabilization
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants

Delivery & Quality Expectations

Complete assigned activities according to project timelines and agreed quality standards
Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements
Follow SAP implementation methodology, project governance, and delivery standards
Apply SAP best practices and industry standards in solution delivery
Maintain proper documentation for functional specifications, configuration, testing, and solution decisions

Qualifications

8+ years SAP SD functional consulting experience
Strong SAP process knowledge with S/4HANA implementation experience required- S/4HANA conversion experience preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition latest release or at least two major releases back
SAP SD certification is a plus
