Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own overall program strategy, delivery roadmap, governance, and business alignment
  • Manage program scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Establish governance structure and executive reporting
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, SAP solution direction, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate delivery across functional, technical, business, and partner teams
  • Drive issue escalation and resolution at program level
  • Ensure successful transition from implementation to business-as-usual

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience managing SAP transformation programs
  • Experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or system conversion programs
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and RISE with SAP engagements preferred
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition programs preferred
  • Strong executive stakeholder, governance, and vendor management experience
  • SAP Program Management / SAP Activate certification is a plus
