Beakon, part of Ideagen, is looking for a Technical Account Manager to help customers achieve long-term success with our governance, risk and compliance software platform.

In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing platform adoption. You'll work closely with customers, support teams, product specialists and engineers to resolve technical challenges, provide guidance on best practices and ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with a portfolio of customers as their primary technical contact
• Supporting implementations, upgrades and platform changes
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues
• Advising on integrations, configuration and platform optimisation
• Working with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring customer health and proactively addressing technical risks.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple priorities and customer relationships
• Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, integrations or enterprise software environments is beneficial
