Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of retail, working with global giants from Kroger to AEON.
About the Role
The Partner Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity in our Partner Success Team to directly influence the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in EMEA. This position will require reasonable travel to Saudi Arabia and/or Europe.
Businesses that partner with Ocado come in all shapes and sizes, and leverage our technology in different ways. In this role, you will combine your knowledge of ecommerce, grocery retail, and online marketing with communication skills and analytical abilities to shape and influence how our partners grow online.
The Partner Growth Manager will work with the Ocado Partner Account team to drive the growth agenda in our partner’s business, enabling our partners to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability.
You will build effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders in our partners’ businesses. You will leverage knowledge of customer objectives, strategic know-how, knowledge of the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), as well as the expertise of our central growth subject matter experts to create and implement successful growth strategies. You will become a first line of e-commerce growth support, leveraging our team of central subject matter experts for more in-depth support. You will support your internal stakeholders in the region with insights and reporting on growth topics, as well as be a source of information and support for your partners.
As part of the Partner Success Team you will be responsible for supporting our partners in their day to day use of OSP, ensuring that their webshop is configured optimally, using the most impactful OSP features, to drive maximum customer acquisition, retention and basket size.
You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects in close collaboration with our Central Growth and/or Technology teams, as well as ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance. You will leverage data to drive recommendations that improve overall performance.
