Context

As Product Marketing & Campaign Manager, you own global product marketing for a portfolio of products within the Argonos brand, and you are responsible for marketing across the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

You play a key role in our growth by connecting our brand, our products, our sales teams and our markets. You own positioning strategy, the go-to-market of new product releases, vertical adaptation, and the delivery of targeted campaigns that drive adoption, retention and growth.

You will report to the Global Marketing division.

Missions

Brand & Product Marketing

• Own the marketing plan for your products and act as the reference point of contact for all marketing activity on those products across several business lines.

• Define the positioning, the value proposition and the key messages of our brand and product offers.

• Run market, competitive and customer needs analysis to identify unmet needs, pain points and challenges, and turn them into insights that sharpen how the products are positioned and promoted.

• Build the sales enablement toolkit: battle cards, product sheets, pitch decks, KSPs, e-detailers.

• Drive product launches and go-to-market plans with the Product, Communication, Growth and Sales teams.

• Work closely with business line contributors (experts, product, sales, customers) to refine messaging and positioning.

• Feed customer insights back to the Product team.

Campaigns management

• Design and plan multichannel campaigns (email, paid media, social, events) against the business objectives of the business line.

• Target customer segments and personas with messages built for each of them.

• Work with the Digital, Lead Gen, Content and Graphic Design teams to produce the assets required: landing pages, ads, articles.

• Optimise KPIs continuously, from generated leads (MQL, SQL) through to sales opportunities.

• Coordinate the production of dedicated content: white papers, emails, articles, videos.

• Own message consistency across every channel: website, social media, email campaigns, SEO.

• Work with Sales to keep targeting, narrative and field performance aligned.

• Manage the marketing budget attached to your scope.

Partner marketing

• Run partner marketing across the DACH region with integrators, resellers and third-party software vendors.

• Build joint marketing plans, from scoping through to measuring partner contribution to pipeline.

Partner marketing
