The Global Business Solutions Group (“GBSG”) is Intuit’s largest business unit with $11B+ in revenue, serving 8M+ customers in the QuickBooks line of products which includes accounting, payments, payroll, capital lending and banking. The GBSG Finance team is critical in driving business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership.
The GBSG Investments Finance team owns end-to-end oversight of GBSG resource allocation, investments, headcount, and workforce financial planning, directly shaping how the business deploys capital against its most strategic priorities. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership, HR, and functional finance teams to drive alignment of resources to what matters most, enabling GBSG and Intuit to deliver on their strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Partner with HR and Business Operations teams to develop and monitor key performance and spend metrics to drive insights and decision making in order to achieve our strategic and financial plans.
Team coaching: Operate in a leadership capacity, proactively influencing, leading & coaching within the Finance organization and cross-functional teams. This role will have 3-4 financial analysts reporting into it.
Process improvement: Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements. Lead high-impact initiatives aimed at scaling financial insights and planning capabilities as the business grows.
Financial reporting: Prepare financial reporting deliverables (month-end close package, forecast drivers, etc.) to enable transparency into the business’s performance and drivers.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience, including 3+ years of supervisory responsibility
Proven ability to influence senior leadership through clear, concise, and data-backed recommendations.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of information into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and operational improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to executive audiences.
Experience in FP&A, management consulting or investment banking or similar roles
Experience with SaaS Revenue modeling a plus, MBA a plus.
