Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role

Support the HR Ops team globally on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
Review HR legal documentation across our jurisdictions including employment contracts, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.
Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
Support international growth: first hires in new countries, EOR vs. entity trade-offs
Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives

Profile

You have at least 4 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo
You have solid legal skills and reasoning
You are autonomous, organized and structured
You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
