👐 About the team

Revenue at Alma covers the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to churn. It brings together Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management, representing more than 100 talented professionals.

Revenue Operations plays a key role in helping these teams work together around shared goals, reliable data and efficient processes. The team supports Revenue leaders in improving performance, making better decisions and scaling the organisation.

This position is a permanent contract, based in Paris, with 2 days of remote work per week.

You will report to Basil Lizotte, and work closely with Revenue teams, the Central Data Team, Ops & Risk, Product and Tech.

💼 About the job

As Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will create strategic insights that help Alma's Revenue teams understand their performance, identify growth opportunities and improve their speed and efficiency.

You will work at the intersection of data, business and strategy, turning complex questions into clear recommendations and practical tools.

Build reliable data foundations for Revenue

  • Build and evolve business-facing data models by combining relevant CRM, revenue and operational data sources.
  • Improve and maintain existing models and contribute to reliable end-to-end data pipelines.

Turn business questions into strategic insights

  • Analyse Alma's target markets, market share, market dynamics and the key drivers behind commercial wins.
  • Design ad hoc tools and models to help Revenue teams answer tactical business questions and make faster decisions.

Improve performance monitoring and revenue growth

  • Build and manage dashboards, KPIs and revenue forecasts so teams and leadership can monitor business health and progress against their goals.
  • Support Revenue leaders in setting the right targets, understanding growth dynamics and prioritising their roadmap.

Drive data excellence across Revenue

  • Promote data-informed ways of working across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Central Data Team to maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across the organisation.

🧩 About you

To succeed in this job

  • You have strong SQL skills and are comfortable working with large datasets, raw CRM data and revenue-related information, including Salesforce data.
  • You have experience building business-facing data models, dashboards, forecasts or performance analyses from the initial question through to clear recommendations.
  • You can define relevant KPIs, assess business impact and communicate complex analysis in a clear and actionable way to different stakeholders.
  • You have approximately 4 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing technology or fintech environment.

And it will be nice if you also

  • You have experience with Looker and LookML.
  • You are comfortable with Python and modern data tools such as dbt, BigQuery or GCP.
  • You have worked with tracking tools such as Rudderstack or Segment, as well as experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing, significance testing and causal analysis.
  • You are curious about AI-assisted tools and are interested in using tools such as Claude Code in your daily workflow.

🎯 Interview process

  • Video screen with Lydia a Talent Acquisition team member to discuss your background, motivation and the role.
  • Experience interview with Basil Lizotte or/and Gaspard Zha, lasting 45 minutes, to discuss the role, the team and your experience.
  • Home assignment and case study, lasting 1 hour, with members team.
  • On-site team fit interview, lasting 30 minutes.
  • On-site N+2 interview with Antoine de la Rivière, lasting 30 minutes.
  • Reference check with at least two professional references.
