Meet the Team

ThousandEyes is looking for an Americas Sales Operations Manager to help shape how one of our most important growth regions operates, scales, and wins. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, data, people, process, and execution, where your work will directly influence how the Americas sales organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers results.

As the strategic operations partner to Americas Sales leadership, you will have a seat at the table in the decisions that shape the business—from forecasting and pipeline health to territory and account planning, quota and capacity planning, business reviews, and GTM strategy. You will turn complex business challenges into clear recommendations, scalable processes, and practical solutions that help our sales teams execute with greater focus and speed.

You will also lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals, building a high-performing team while partnering across Sales, Finance, Strategy, Compensation, Legal, Deal Desk, and Accounting. At the same time, you'll work closely with global Sales Operations teams to bring global strategy to life in the Americas and ensure the voice of the field influences how we operate globally.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the strategic Sales Operations partner and primary point of contact for Americas Sales leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and operational guidance to drive regional performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts, building a high-performing team while partnering across Sales, Finance, Strategy, Compensation, Legal, Deal Desk, Accounting, Salesforce, and other sales technology teams.
  • GTM Execution: Translate global field strategy into effective Americas GTM execution through annual planning, territory planning, account alignment, quota planning, forecasting, pipeline health, business reviews, and revenue performance analysis.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead operational initiatives and process improvements from strategy through implementation, adoption, and measurement to improve sales productivity, efficiency, data integrity, and the seller experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted operational advisor who turns complex business challenges into clear recommendations, scalable processes, and practical solutions that help sales teams execute with greater focus and speed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar function within a SaaS or technology company.
  • 2+ years of people leadership or team lead experience, including demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, including creating reports and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting a B2B sales organization, including direct partnership with sales representatives and sales leaders.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, business performance analysis, annual sales planning, territory management, territory planning, account alignment, and quota planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and operational initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes, from strategy through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and enforcing Sales Rules of Engagement (ROE), sales compliance policies, governance processes, and booking policies.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, permissions, automation, and validation rules, and with sales technology and productivity tools such as Gong, Clari, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and revenue metrics, including ARR, ACV, bookings, pipeline, forecast, renewals, and churn; advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation; and strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations; connect operational data to broader business outcomes; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; and influence decisions using data and sound business judgment.
