Job Description

Oracle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager that will help develop end to end strategy for commodities within Rack Power, PCB, Mechanical and Interconnects supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The ideal candidate will drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, long-term capacity planning, and supply chain resiliency. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and executive leadership, this role will help ensure a scalable, cost-effective, and secure supply base that supports Oracle’s rapid cloud growth.

• Own global sourcing strategy for commodities within Rack Power (PSU, PDU, Powershelf), PCB, Mechanical and Interconnects and growing business.

• Drive long-term supplier strategy, including executive-level engagement with key industry partners

• Execute multi-year capacity planning and supply assurance strategies in highly competitive and tight market, including multiple transitions.

• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence architecture decisions and align sourcing strategy with technology roadmaps.

• Key driver and lead for commercial negotiations, including pricing frameworks, supply agreements, and strategic partnerships.

• Drive cost optimization while balancing performance, quality, and supply risk across the product lifecycle.

• Establish risk mitigation strategies, competitive pricing, bench marketing, geographic diversification, and contingency planning.

• Influence across various engineering and Business unit stakeholders to align on sourcing strategies.
