L'entreprise développe des modèles d'IA générative, en particulier la série GPT de grands modèles de langage. Son lancement de l'agent conversationnel (chatbot) ChatGPT en novembre 2022 déclenche un intérêt mondial pour les chatbots et l'IA générative.
