👐 About the team
Revenue at Alma covers the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to churn. It brings together Marketing, Growth, Sales, Account Management and Partnerships, representing more than 100 talented professionals.
The Revenue Operations team helps these functions work together around shared goals, reliable data and scalable processes. It plays a central role in making Revenue more efficient and giving teams the systems, tools and insights they need to grow.
You will join the Revenue Operations team and report to the Head of Revenue Operations. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, the Central Data Team and Finance.
This position is based at Alma's Paris HQ and follows a hybrid work model.
💼 About the job
As Revenue Systems Lead, you will own and evolve Alma's revenue systems stack, with Salesforce at its core and tools such as Gong and Aircall connected around it.
This is a business-first role. You will not simply maintain existing tools or respond to isolated requests. You will help shape the architecture, processes and governance that allow Revenue to scale across markets, products and sales motions.
You will be expected to understand ambiguous business problems, translate them into scalable systems decisions and take projects from initial scoping to implementation, without relying on a technical team to take ownership of the outcome.
Build a scalable Revenue systems architecture
- Own Alma's Salesforce architecture, data model and roadmap, while ensuring that the wider Revenue stack works as one coherent system.
- Translate new markets, products and sales motions into scalable system decisions rather than one-off fixes.
Partner with the business and make sound trade-offs
- Work directly with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Finance to understand their needs and improve the way they operate.
- Decide what to build, what not to build and when specialist engineering support is required.
Connect systems, data and business decisions
- Work alongside the Central Data Team and the DWH/Looker layer to ensure that CRM data is trustworthy and useful.
- Help reporting reflect how the business actually operates, rather than only what the systems happen to track.
Bring AI and automation into the Revenue stack
- Use AI-assisted workflows and automation to reduce manual systems work and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to Alma's emerging approach to using AI as part of everyday work and scalable business processes.
🧰 You will work with
Salesforce, Gong, Aircall, Looker, SQL, Data Warehouse, marketing automation tools, AI-assisted workflow and automation tools
🧩 About you
To succeed in this job
- You have 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering or a similar go-to-market systems role, ideally in a high-growth or fintech environment.
- You have deep hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce, or an equivalent core CRM, at scale. You understand how the CRM connects to call intelligence, telephony, marketing automation and other Revenue systems.
- You can take an ambiguous business problem, scope it independently and deliver a reliable system or process without needing a technical team to take over.
- You have a business-first mindset, strong ownership mentality and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
And it will be nice if you also
- You have prior Salesforce development experience or experience with complex CRM customisation.
- You are comfortable using SQL or a similar language to validate data, models and system outputs.
- You have working knowledge of Looker, a data warehouse or another BI layer.
- You are fluent in AI tools and interested in using them to build workflows, automations and more efficient systems.
