About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Product Management Manager. You will be a leader in a product group tasked to redefine IAM and serve as a core element of the Idira Identity Security Platform. Based in Israel, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key identity pillars: Directory Services, and our mobile applications
In this role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of ~5 Product Managers and Senior Product Managers distributed across Israel, India, and the USA. You will bridge deep technical domain knowledge with strategic execution to build frictionless, hyper-secure authentication experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for core authentication services, balancing a security-first architecture with seamless user experience.
Global Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and scale a team of PMs and Senior PMs across Israel, India, and the US. Foster a high-accountability culture across distributed teams.
Domain Leadership: Own end-to-end product strategy across key functional areas, including directory services, and mobile applications.
Technical & Security Alignment: Partner closely with CISOs, Security Architects, and Engineering leadership to address emerging threat vectors, zero-trust requirements, and global compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, Security Research, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to bring enterprise-grade security products to market.
Work alongside PM peers, understand other products in the Idira portfolio to enable their success as products you own serve as a key part of the Idira Identity Security Platform
Qualifications
Domain Experience: 3+ years of PM experience in IAM or related identity security domains is an advantage.
People Management:3+ years of experience directly managing and developing Product Managers, with a proven track record of leading multi-geographic teams.
Deep Technical Acumen: Strong technical foundation with the ability to speak the language of principal architects. Deep familiarity with identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory) and security frameworks.
Security-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience building scalable enterprise software where security, reliability, and regulatory compliance are top priorities.
Communication & Location: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Based in Israel with availability to collaborate across global time zones.
